Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of accountancy-related experience required.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate financial records and control reports. Prepares accounts payable register and related reports in a timely manner.
• Monitoring and supporting Overseas outsourced Accounts payable (complex accounts payable in different currencies with various currency ledger and intercompany recharging
• Responsible for overseeing all AG's accounts receivable activities and operations. Obtaining revenues on behalf AG, processing invoice, and ensuring timely payment of debts owed to suppliers.
• Invoice Client and Management Fees
• Credit Control
• Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• GL reconciliations including intercompany in various currencies.
• Quarterly Sales Reporting and monitoring
• Credit Checking
• Create Payment Packs
• Liaise with Project Managers and track Work in Progress
• Intercompany Reconciliations
• Interest Calculations
• Prepare Profit and loss and balance sheet reports

Requirements

• Swift evaluation and cyclical incident updates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Thorough understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Excellent supervisory and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to motivate staff
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, another related degree or relevant qualifications obtained through experience.
• At least 3-5+ year of accountancy -related experience
