DiverseJobsMatter is seeking an Associate Delivery Manager in Manchester to help turn ideas and plans into working digital services. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, receiving coaching and mentoring while learning delivery management skills and building your career in digital.

The role provides an entry route into the delivery management profession, with an emphasis on coaching, collaboration and continuous improvement within our client’s Digital, Data and Information Directorate.

Qualifikationen

• Interest in digital delivery and agile ways of working.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility, using guidance, coaching and feedback to build your skills, confidence and capability over time.
• Clear and effective communication skills for diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Collaborative approach and positive team relationships to enable effective teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Support delivery: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, helping to coordinate delivery activities and keep priorities, progress, risks and dependencies visible.
• Help teams work effectively: Facilitate agile ceremonies and use agile tools and techniques to help teams manage their work and priorities.
• Help solve problems: Identify issues and escalate when appropriate to keep delivery on track.
• Bring people together: Communicate clearly with stakeholders and users, fostering inclusive collaboration.
• Learn and develop: Learn from Delivery Managers and Senior Delivery Managers through coaching, mentoring, and feedback to build skills and responsibility.
