About the Team
The London Tax department forms part of the firm's Disputes, Investigations and Advisory Division and advises on a wide range of general corporate and commercial tax matters, both domestic and cross-border. A substantial part of our business involves working with other practice areas across the firm, but an increasing proportion is standalone advisory work, including high value and complex contentious tax matters. About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic tax lawyer to join a collegiate and growing team offering high quality tax work across a broad range of practice areas, with excellent career development and responsibility. We are seeking to hire a 3 - 6 year PQE corporate tax lawyer who is experienced in all forms of corporate tax with a particular emphasis on (i) capital deployment by real estate and infrastructure Funds and (ii) joint venture/platform negotiating and structuring (including in the real estate and infrastructure sectors). Experience of, and familiarity with, Fund formation and Fund structuring mandates would be highly beneficial. It is assumed that the relevant candidate would have solid experience in broader M&A transactions and the deal documentation underpinning such transactions.
