Corporate Tax lawyers: this mid-City firm is now accepting applications for a Senior Associate position in their London tax practice. The firm have been exceeding expectations in the growth plans for their Corporate team and have a newly created role in their Tax team for an experienced solicitor.

This opportunity will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work on tax matters primarily relating to M&A and real estate transactions. The practice also leverages their international standing and offices to advise foreign investors on a variety of tax matters. The firm offers incredibly broad work as a result across a variety of practice areas and jurisdictions. Furthermore, due to their excellent standing in Property, the team undertake external business development and work directly with clients who value their strong brand.
