The Role

Join a Legal 500-ranked Corporate Tax team, where you will handle a diverse and stimulating range of matters, including:

• Tax considerations in mergers and acquisitions and PE transactions
• Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
• Issues involving SDLT, VAT, and employment taxes.
• Some lending work
