Your Main Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships throughout sales and project phases, including training on claim-related correspondence processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert with a technical understanding of your specialization, approaching it from a consulting perspective.
• Assist in creating structured claim reports, R&D project descriptions, and managing claim adjustments.

Qualifications
