  1. Client Facing: Building client relationships throughout sales and production, including training on claim-related correspondence processes.
  2. Subject Matter Expert: Possessing a technical understanding of your specialization with a consulting approach.
  3. Report and Claim Management: Supporting the team in creating structured claim reports, R&D project descriptions, and claims adjustments.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in computer science or related IT field; open to recent graduates and those with less than 2 years of experience.
  • Dependable: Aligns with client needs, follows reporting methodology, collaborates effectively with team members.
  • Critical Thinker: Capable of researching, investigating, and solving problems using available resources.
