About the Opportunity
As an Associate Consultant, your role will involve working closely with teams to deliver high-quality insights and intelligence for our clients. You will focus on secondary and primary research to support the strategic development and commercialisation of life-saving therapies.

Responsibilities

• Conducting secondary data analysis to gather scientific, clinical, commercial, and regulatory insights.
• Engaging in primary research by interviewing industry experts to understand market dynamics and competitive positioning.
• Collaborating with project teams to analyse findings, draw insights, and deliver impactful client presentations.
• Attending key conferences to interact with experts, attend sessions, and gather insights from presentations and exhibits.
• Building and maintaining data repositories on therapeutic areas, market trends, and regulatory developments.
• Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Required Experience and Skills

• A degree in life sciences, such as BSc, MSc, or MPharm, ideally paired with business knowledge (e.g., MBA).
• Strong interest in consulting and a basic understanding of oncology, immunology, neuroscience, or biosimilars.
• Exposure to primary and secondary research in a pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including cross-cultural effectiveness.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow within a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Fluency in English.
