The company is a leading Financial Software Provider experiencing significant growth and reputation as a market leader. They are seeking a Professional Services Consultant to maximize customer value and experience with their technology.

This role requires an exceptional communicator who will thrive in their Professional Services team. The primary focus is delivering high-level training and consultancy to customers, supporting onboarding and ongoing use of their financial software suite.

This broad role includes customer onboarding, presales, training, demonstrations, experience, and consulting. Customer engagement is mainly remote, with opportunities for on-site visits as needed.

Requirements: Professional Services Consultant

• Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services teams to deliver training and consultancy
• Present and explain advanced product features and benefits
• Onboard customers, delivering product training, workshops, and consultancy sessions
• Maintain customer satisfaction throughout
• Proactively identify technical solutions to meet customer needs and implement during sessions
• Share internal product knowledge with Sales Team members
• Deliver remote or on-site professional consultancy sessions

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in customer success, software training, consultancy, presales, or customer experience roles
• Experience with financial software such as accounting, tax solutions, or bookkeeping is preferred
• Experience delivering software training and consultancy to all customer levels
• Experience conducting paid training/consultancy sessions remotely or on-site
• Confidence in presenting to large audiences
• Ability to deliver remote webinars
• Accountancy qualifications are highly desirable
