Overview
As an Associate – Scheduling, at Linesight you will play a key role across the business, working in an agile and collaborative environment. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for the Planning & Scheduling service line within your assigned Division of Responsibility. Acting as a representative of Linesight across all regional business activity, you will bring technical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to excellence. This role also involves leading and managing a high-performing team.
The Opportunity
In This Role You Will:
- Take functional responsibility for UK & EU accounts.
- Drive Business-to-Business (B2B) opportunity development and service-line growth.
- Lead client engagement and manage key relationships.
- Contribute to technical proposals, including cost, time, and resource (CTR) estimates.
- Provide ad-hoc support for client-focused assignments as needed.
- Manage direct reports, including performance reviews, goal setting, and regular check-ins.
- Participate in recruitment efforts—screening, interviewing, onboarding, and collaborating with the EMEA team.
- Support career development initiatives within the Project Controls Pathway for both direct and indirect reports.
- Ensure quality assurance across all projects.
- Conduct periodic site visits to engage with teams, clients, and support ongoing project needs.
- Promote staff retention by fostering team connectivity and alignment with Linesight’s culture.
- Provide regular reports and updates to functional leadership.

- Have strong operational management experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Are a confident and effective communicator—both verbally and in writing.
- Excel at building strong, positive relationships with teams and clients, underpinned by transparency and shared purpose.
- Hold a relevant technical degree
- Have hands-on experience using Oracle Primavera P6.
