Janus Henderson Investors is seeking an organised Company Secretarial Assistant to support the production of board papers, maintain statutory records, and coordinate meetings in a hybrid London-based role.
You will help prepare annual reports, manage registrations, and assist with communications and portfolio valuations, while collaborating with the Company Secretaries and other assistants to ensure smooth operations.
