Job summary

A highly regarded London law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate (2–3 PQE) to join its disputes team. The role focuses on high‑value commercial disputes for companies, directors, shareholders and investors.

You will handle commercial and contractual disputes, shareholder and corporate matters, and may work in High Court litigation, arbitration and ADR. The environment rewards client relationships and strong drafting.

Qualifications

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 2–3 PQE.
• Strong commercial litigation experience and excellent drafting skills.
• Ability to manage matters and build strong client relationships.

A highly regarded specialist London law firm is looking for an ambitious Commercial Litigation Associate (2–3 PQE) to join its growing disputes team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value commercial disputes for companies, directors, shareholders, entrepreneurs and investors.

The role will involve:

• High Court / Business & Property Courts litigation
• Arbitration & international disputes
• Injunctions & interim applications
• Mediation / ADR

We're looking for an England & Wales qualified solicitor with strong commercial litigation experience, excellent drafting skills and the ability to manage matters and build strong client relationships.

Experience of shareholder disputes, s.994 unfair prejudice, derivative claims, arbitration or international disputes would be particularly advantageous.
