Law Staff has partnered with a distinguished law firm in Hertfordshire/London to recruit a Commercial Litigation Associate Solicitor. The role requires 2-4 years' PQE and will involve managing a diverse insolvency and commercial disputes caseload for UK-based clients including SMEs and high-net-worth individuals.

You will mentor junior colleagues, participate in business development, and work within a supportive, hybrid-working environment with generous holidays and comprehensive benefits.

• Manage a wide insolvency-focused caseload, including court and out-of-court appointments
• Handle property-related insolvency transactions and related litigation
• Work with owner-managed businesses, SMEs, corporates, and HNW individuals
• Support marketing and networking activities and contribute to cross-department referrals
• Maintain high standards of time-recording and matter administration

Our client is seeking an 2-4 Years' PQE Commercial Litigation Associate Solicitor to join their highly regarded Dispute Resolution team. The firm provide a health cash plan, death in service plan, a generous holiday allowance with option to buy and sell plus lots more benefits.

This role is ideal for a technically strong Commercial Litigation Associate Solicitor with an interest in mentoring junior colleagues and business development. You'll work with a broad client base across the UK, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, large corporates, directors, shareholders and high-net-worth individuals, on a variety of complex and high-value disputes.

Duties for this Commercial Litigation Associate Solicitor vacancy:

• Dealing with new client enquiries
• Handling all aspects of corporate insolvency including administration appointments (both in court and out of court appointments), all court applications under insolvency legislation, providing advice to Ips, secured lenders and directors
• Dealing with all aspects of property related transactions in insolvency
• All aspects of personal insolvency
• Dealing with insolvency related litigation
• Maintain control of an allocated caseload to ensure that standards of matter conduct, file management, administration, time-recording and accounting are maintained
• Recognise the importance of cross selling and identify opportunities to refer work to other departments
• Attend networking and firm events
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies
