Qualifications

• Senior or Associate-level civil engineering experience
• Strong UK civil engineering design experience
• Experience managing and developing engineering teams
• Experience with client relationship management and key accounts
• Experience delivering KPIs and reporting into senior leadership
• Chartered Engineer status (CEng MICE or CMIHT)
• Autodesk Civil 3D knowledge (desirable)
• Autodesk Inflow knowledge (desirable)
• Causeway Flow knowledge (desirable)
• Expert-level AutoCAD experience (desirable)
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (desirable)
• Experience using MailManager (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of civil engineers and technicians
• Mentor and develop staff to support their professional growth
• Oversee the delivery of civil engineering designs across multiple projects
• Manage key client accounts and maintain strong working relationships
• Drive team performance and achieve business KPIs
• Provide technical guidance and quality assurance across project delivery
• Work closely with Directors, contributing to business strategy and growth
• Ensure projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining high technical standards
