Recruitment Services Ltd, Midlands-based, seeks an Associate Structural Engineer to lead a small team, shape projects, and strengthen client relationships.

The successful candidate will take on a senior leadership role, overseeing staff development and project delivery, while working closely with Directors to drive growth within a growing engineering consultancy.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Associate Structural Engineer ready to take the next step in your career and play a key role within a growing engineering consultancy?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an ambitious and expanding organisation based in the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced structural engineer to take on a senior leadership position, managing a team, developing staff, maintaining key client relationships and working closely with Directors to support the continued growth of the business.

The successful candidate will have strong structural design experience and be comfortable working across a varied range of projects and project scales.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Previous experience in a senior or Associate Structural Engineering position
• Chartered Engineer (CEng MICE / MIStructE)
• Strong structural engineering design experience
• Experience managing and developing engineering staff
• Key account management and client relationship experience
• Experience working towards and achieving KPIs

Desirable:

• Expert-level Autodesk Revit Structures
• Expert-level Autodesk AutoCAD
• Microsoft Outlook proficiency
• Experience using MailManager
