The role:

1. Lead the design and delivery of highways, drainage, and flood risk projects
2. Mentor junior engineers and promote a collaborative, learning-focused team culture
3. Manage project teams and coordinate with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
4. Prepare and review detailed designs using Civil 3D, InfoDrainage, and related tools
5. Contribute to bids, proposals, and business development efforts

About you:

1. Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng)
2. Chartered (or near chartered) with 8+ years' experience
3. Solid knowledge of UK design standards and infrastructure delivery
4. Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and drainage software
5. Strong communication and leadership skills
