Job summary

Conrad-Consulting is seeking an Associate Civil Engineer for our client in Norwich. The role blends hands-on technical delivery with project management, client liaison and mentoring within a growing team.

You will work on diverse developments, delivering innovative infrastructure from concept to completion while mentoring junior engineers and expanding client relationships.

Qualifications

• Solid consultancy experience with strong technical background in drainage design, SuDS, flood risk assessments, earthworks and highways, including Section 278 works and Section 106 applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver infrastructure solutions from concept through to completion across residential, commercial, healthcare and mixed‑use developments.
• Support development of junior engineers and build strong client relationships through effective liaison and project coordination.
• Take on greater responsibility with hands-on technical delivery and some project management, client liaison and team mentoring.

Candidates should have solid consultancy experience and a strong technical background in drainage design, SuDS, flood risk assessments, earthworks and highways, including Section 278 works and Section 106 applications. Experience with Civil 3D is also desirable.
