Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking an Associate Civil Engineer to join its growing team in the East Leake area. The role blends hands-on technical delivery with project management, client liaison and mentoring of junior engineers.

You will work across residential, commercial, healthcare and mixed-use developments, delivering infrastructure solutions from concept through to completion while developing client relationships and contributing to bid work.

Qualifications

• Solid consultancy experience is essential.
• Strong technical background in drainage design, SuDS, flood risk assessments, earthworks and highways.
• Experience with Civil 3D is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver infrastructure solutions from concept through to completion.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development.
• Liaise with clients and manage projects across residential, commercial, healthcare and mixed-use sectors.
• Support Section 278 and Section 106 processes.
