Job Description:

As a Principal / Associate you will carry out a business critical role with your main responsibility being to manage the delivery of major infrastructure design schemes.

You will assume overall project management responsibilities and support your teams of Engineers and Technicians.

Actual hands-on technical work will be required as well as carrying out design reviews and checking of reports and drawings. You will take the lead in compiling tenders for new work and will be expected to take an active part in business development activities.

Person Specification:

To be considered for this role you will be Chartered or nearing Chartership with a background in the design and delivery of infrastructure projects (highways and drainage).

You will need to have high expectations of yourself and the ability to manage and motivate those around you to achieve common goals. It is essential that you have good people and communication skills and you should be confident in a Client facing role.
