Job Details

• Location: Leeds
• Salary: Up to £63,326.56
• Hours: 37 hours, no weekends

Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are completed in a timely manner and cost-effectively.
• Manage client needs, define project technical specifications, manage costs, fees, and commercial requirements, ensuring project delivery to client satisfaction.
• Support business development to enhance and diversify engineering capabilities.
• Lead major projects ensuring delivery to specifications.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain fee earning at 90% and contribute to business plan objectives.
• Travel to other offices and sites as required.
• Perform duties appropriate to the grade and Chartered status of the role.
• Promote continuous improvement and deliver high-quality products and services.
• Demonstrate commitment to the Norse Way CSR strategy.
