This is a senior leadership position offering significant influence over project delivery, team development, and strategic direction within the Civils department. The Role

As an Associate Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in both project management and business development. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage key client relationships, oversee high-quality technical delivery, and mentor engineers at various stages of their careers.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the delivery of complex civil engineering projects across multiple sectors
2. Oversee detailed design of infrastructure, drainage, and highway schemes
3. Manage and develop client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service
4. Line-manage and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering growth and accountability
5. Support business development and contribute to proposals and bids
6. Work closely with directors to support the strategic growth of the Civils division
