Job summary

Clyde & Co's Catastrophic Personal Injury and Large Loss team in the UK seeks an experienced Associate to support on high value cases and complex defence work. The role offers autonomy and regular collaboration with a Partner on large loss files.

There are opportunities to develop client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and lead on selected cases. PQE is flexible; transferable claimant experience considered. Strong advocacy and professional service are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of personal injury litigation.
• Ability to meet deadlines and chargeable targets.
• Demonstrated professionalism and client service.

Responsibilities

• Support on motor, EL/PL and indemnity large loss cases.
• Draft legal documents and client advice.
• Appear at court and pre-trial meetings, and manage file updates.
• Develop client relationships and assist with case clinics.
