Job summary

Property Partners Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an Associate Building Surveyor in the South Central region to join a respected independent property consultancy.

You will deliver professional surveying services, manage varied projects, and mentor a Graduate Surveyor through their APC while benefiting from hybrid working and a strong progression path. The role requires MRICS qualification and a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience, with leadership and client-facing skills to drive business

Qualifications

• MRICS chartered Building Surveyor with current status.
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong project management, party wall and dilapidations experience.
• Excellent client-facing and leadership abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional building surveying services across a diverse portfolio.
• Manage projects from inception to completion.
• Administer contracts and project management duties.
• Prepare dilapidations claims and provide party wall advice.
• Conduct inspections, defect diagnosis and reporting.
• Prepare specifications and tender documents.
• Maintain client relationships and support business development.
• Mentor a Graduate Surveyor through their APC.
