Job summary

HD Surveyors is seeking a Permanent Full-time Building Surveyor to lead commercial surveying instructions across the Midlands. You will manage dilapidations, due diligence, and contract administration while overseeing refurbishment and fit-out projects through delivery stages.

You will act as Employer's Agent and Project Manager on commercial schemes and contribute to business development and multidisciplinary delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline.
• MRICS qualification.
• Commercial consultancy background.
• Strong experience across professional and project services.
• Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts with client-facing experience.

Salary & Package

• £70,000-£80,000 basic salary
