About Your Role

As an Associate / Associate Director, you will provide technical leadership to our design and assessment teams, using your knowledge and skills to deliver quality work on time and within budget. You will lead design teams, mentor, and support junior team members.

Responsibilities

1. Provide technical leadership for a variety of bridge and civil engineering design and assessment projects in the UK and overseas.
2. Conduct project reviews to optimize solutions and coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs.
3. Manage resources and develop relationships with other teams.
4. Negotiate fees and manage the commercial aspects of projects.
5. Promote a culture of technical review and challenge.
6. Develop client relationships and lead tenders and bids.
7. Supervise and mentor junior team members.
