Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd. has partnered with a well-established North-West architectural practice to appoint an Associate Architect. You will help lead project delivery, nurture client relationships and drive business growth across a diverse portfolio.

In this senior role you’ll oversee projects from concept to completion, mentor teams, contribute to bids and frameworks, and play a strategic role in growing the practice. ARB registered and a track record across all RIBA stages are essential.

Qualifications

• ARB Registered Architect.
• Proven experience delivering projects across all RIBA stages.
• Strong client-facing and leadership skills.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing programmes, budgets and resources.
• Passion for design quality, team development and business growth.

Responsibilities
