Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an Associate AI Security Specialist to help design, implement, and adopt secure AI systems across the Group. The role emphasizes embedding security controls, supporting engineering teams, and ensuring AI solutions meet security standards.

The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand attacker use/exploitation of AI, and applying AI to enhance security capabilities in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security or technology risk, with exposure to AI, data, or cloud-based environments.
• Understanding of core cyber security principles including IAM, secure application design, and data protection.
• Awareness of public cloud security concepts and tooling; hands-on experience is a plus.
• Interest in AI technologies, including ML and generative AI use cases.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, or UK GDPR.
