Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an Associate AI Security Specialist to secure the design, implementation, and adoption of AI across the Group. The role focuses on enabling safe AI usage by embedding security controls and assisting engineering teams.

You'll work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure AI solutions meet security standards and support the bank's digital transformation.

Qualifications

• A degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience in cyber security or technology risk, with exposure to AI, data, or cloud environments desirable.
• Solid understanding of core cyber security principles, including IAM, secure application design, and data protection.
• Awareness of public cloud security concepts and tooling, with hands-on experience an advantage.
• An interest in and understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning concepts and generative AI use cases.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, or UK GDPR, and how these apply to AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Support secure design, implementation, and adoption of AI systems across the Group.
