Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in publishing or related field.
• Experience in publishing or manuscript peer review is preferred.
• Data proficiency with Power BI and SharePoint; able to self-serve data.

Responsibilities

• Provide journal-level oversight of the manuscript peer review process from submission to final editorial decision.
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of peer review and Journal Editorial Office services.
• Use reports and operational insights to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Support adoption of new services, AI tools, and workflows across the journal portfolio.
• Maintain documentation of peer review processes and address research integrity concerns.
• Collaborate with Editorial Excellence, Publishing Development and other teams on performance initiatives.
