Job summary

Allocator One GmbH, an AI-first asset manager for emerging fund managers in private markets, is hiring an Associate to build the engine behind its operations. You'll work directly with the founders, reporting to a Founding Partner, and join a small team that builds its own tools to automate workflows, analysis, and LP relations in London or Vienna.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping impactful work with minimal guidance.
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to defend financial models.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus for our London base.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify workflows to automate and build the agents.
• Build and defend fund return models (MOIC, IRR, DPI, carry, fees).
• Turn deal flow into market intelligence and alpha signals.
• Shape the LP portal for investor experience with data and insights.
• Own LP relationships end to end: onboarding and due diligence.
