Job summary

WSP is seeking an Associate to lead flagship acoustics projects across sectors including renewable energy, commercial and infrastructure. You will mentor junior staff and drive client-focused solutions, delivering value through collaborative, globally aligned practices.

The role sits within our UK acoustics team, offering hybrid working arrangements and opportunities to develop chartership and professional progression.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification and membership of Institute of Acoustics (MIOA / FIOA).
• Demonstrable experience in environmental acoustics and ability to review reports and proposals.
• Excellent technical, project management, presentation and communication skills.
• Energetic, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams.
