WSP is seeking an experienced Associate to lead flagship acoustics projects of national significance across sectors including renewable energy, commercial, residential and infrastructure. You will mentor junior staff, drive technical excellence, and maintain a client-centric approach with a focus on delivering value rather than sheer hours.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in acoustics or related field.
• Membership of the Institute of Acoustics (MIOA/FIOA) is preferred.
• Strong technical, project management, reporting and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate across teams.
