Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Associate in acoustics to lead flagship and complex projects across national and strategic initiatives. You will mentor junior staff, drive technical advancements, and maintain a client-centric approach to deliver global best practice.

The role sits within WSP’s acoustics team, which collaborates with environmental, structural, rail and mechanical engineers to deliver integrated, commercially balanced solutions across the UK. Hybrid working is available.

• Strong report writing and proposal review capabilities
• Ability to mentor junior staff and lead teams
