Job description

Druid AI is an end-to-end platform for building, deploying, and scaling AI agents and Conversational Business Applications (CBA), designed to deliver next-level employee productivity and the total customer experience in the most intuitive way. Acting as a front layer to all digital operations, DRUID unifies and enhances the existing technology landscape while mitigating app fatigue.

With a 2x growth year over year, 160+ partners, and 250+ clients worldwide, DRUID AI actively builds on its vision to provide employees with an intelligent virtual assistant that helps people work easier and faster.

We are looking for a driven Account Executive to own and manage a pipeline of territory enterprise value deals. Build deep relationships with a range of senior stakeholders, helping present, promote, and sell DRUID AI solutions with a value-selling approach.

What you’ll do at DRUID

  1. Run all aspects of sales delivery from initial qualification, demo, negotiations, and account closure.
  2. Assess the market potential within an assigned segment/territory and develop a sales strategy to maximize DRUID’s revenue potential.
  3. Proactively prospect new business opportunities within new and existing accounts via cold call, email, prospecting tools, & marketing leads provided.
  4. Demonstrate an effective level of product knowledge and technical understanding of products and services including features, benefits, etc., that overcome specific objections.
  5. Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business.
  6. Drive revenue and contribute to the continued growth of DRUID AI through consistently achieving individual and team quotas.
  7. Provide forecasting and account opportunities as needed.
  8. Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer needs.
  9. Collaborate internally with other cross-functional groups to foster knowledge sharing and best practices.
  10. Update and maintain the CRM system (HubSpot).

  • A track record of 2-4 years selling complex B2B SaaS solutions that solve unique business problems.
  • A strong sense of ownership, caring about what you sell and serving the direct needs of your customer optimally.
  • Expertise in driving enterprise sales and navigating conversations at a strategic level.
  • Subject matter expertise to create product awareness and drive insights into product and operation teams.
  • Intellectual curiosity and drive to solve problems and make an impact.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset; self-directed and able to work autonomously.
  • Comfort building rapport with decision-makers and adopting a hunter’s mindset.
