Job summary

Ridge and Partners LLP in Winchester is seeking a senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management on major Healthcare, Education, and Residential projects. You will develop cost plans, feasibility studies, and estimates across RIBA stages and utilise digital tools for take-off and estimating.

The role requires MRICS or working towards chartership and a strong track record in cost planning, procurement, and cost management, with the ability to build solid client relationships and guide projects

Qualifications

• Relevant degree (RICS accredited), MRICS or working towards chartership.
• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies and JCT/NEC contracts.
• Experience in cost planning, procurement, and cost management.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Healthcare sector experience preferred.
• Interest in digital tools such as BIM and CostX.

Responsibilities

If you are a senior level Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge, we are recruiting for our cost management team in the Winchester office. Our projects range from £1m to £60m, across sectors including Healthcare, Education, and Residential. The immediate focus for you will be on Healthcare, to support the growth of this client base.
