The derivatives team at Norton Rose Fulbright provides high-quality legal advice on a broad range of complex and cross-border derivatives transactions. The team acts for clients including financial institutions, funds and corporates, advising on products such as structured derivative transactions, structured repo transactions, Sharia-compliant derivatives and repo transactions, repackagings, structured notes, market-standard documentation, complex collateral structures, repos and securities lending, credit risk mitigation, insurance and alternative risk-transfer products and industry standard initiatives.The RoleWe are currently looking to expand our team with the hire of a mid-senior level Derivatives Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative, highly motivated lawyer to work in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment within a leading global law firm. You will work alongside senior lawyers on a wide range of derivatives matters (conventional and Shariah-compliant), advising on structured derivatives and repo transactions, the negotiation and documentation of various derivative products, structured finance transactions, and regulatory matters.
