CLdN Ports Killingholme is seeking an Assistant Workshop Manager to lead our busy engineering department, overseeing the workshop in the manager’s absence and driving improvements in safety, efficiency and cost control.
The role focuses on developing the workshop team, maintaining LOLER and PUWER compliance, analysing KPIs and reporting to senior management while liaising with terminal managers to ensure equipment availability and reliable maintenance.
