Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Visual Merchandiser to lead compelling store displays across the UK and Europe. You will collaborate with the Senior Visual Merchandiser EMEA to schedule monthly rotations and window changes, and conduct regular store visits to implement displays.

The role requires a strong fashion sense, leadership, and excellent interpersonal skills, with travel across the region and proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Create appealing and striking visual displays for stores
• Collaborate with Senior Visual Merchandiser EMEA to plan monthly rotations and window changes
• Conduct regular store visits to UK and Europe stores to define and implement displays
• Maintain visual consistency across the UK and Europe with the VM referent
• Drive compliance with brand standards and product knowledge across the region
• Support development of visual merchandising guidelines
• Monitor launches and follow up with stores on new product rollouts
• Create renderings to illustrate visual rotations for each collection

Responsibilities

• Create appealing and striking visual displays for stores
• Work alongside the Senior Visual Merchandiser EMEA to create a structured calendar based on monthly rotations and window changes
• Conduct regular store visits to UK and Europe stores to define and implement displays
• Collaborate with the VM referent to maintain visual consistency throughout the UK and Europe
• Drive compliance with standards and excellent product knowledge across the region
• Support the development of visual merchandising Guidelines
• Monitor and follow-up with each store when new product launches are implemented
• Create renderings to illustrate visual rotations of each collection

Requirements

• Experience in visual merchandising in the fashion industry
• Strong leadership, with the ability to work transversally and manage by influence
• High sensitivity for products/fashion and space monitoring
• Very strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a confidential manner, being diplomatic & tactful
• Fluent in English (spoken + written)
• Flexible for travel and schedule changes
• Proven ability to work with Ambiguity in a dynamic workspace
• Adobe proficiency, specifically Photoshop, but also InDesign and Illustrator
