Job summary

Away Resorts in Sandy Balls Holiday Village, near the New Forest, is seeking an Assistant Pub and Venue Manager to help lead a team and run a safe, efficient, and profitable food and beverage operation, ensuring guests receive a Market Leading level of service.

In this role you will assist the Venue Manager and F&B Manager, lead shifts, oversee front and back of house, drive revenue, manage stock and costs, uphold health and safety standards, and coach Team Leaders to embody the Away Resorts

Qualifications

• Lead, train and motivate a team to deliver delight.
• Oversee FOH/BOH operations and post-service duties.
• Maximise sales and drive profitable growth.
• Carry out stock takes and place orders as needed.
• Handle deliveries and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to development projects and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and day-to-day operation
• Ensure FOH/BOH standards and deployment
• Deliver service that exceeds NPS targets and monitor feedback
• Drive revenue across all areas
• Control food margins through stock management
• Maintain cleaning and disposable costs per budget and Health & Safety standards
• Support Venue Manager & F&B Manager in team development
• Maintain systems and documentation for Health & Safety
• Complete accident and incident reporting with evidence and train others
