Job summary

Away Resorts at Sandy Balls Holiday Village seeks an Assistant Venue Manager to support the F&B Manager and lead a team of Holiday Heroes to deliver a safe, efficient and profitable food and beverage operation while delighting guests.

You will lead shifts, ensure front- and back-of-house standards, drive revenue, manage stock and costs, coach team members, and uphold health and safety, with bank holiday flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a bar/restaurant or F&B operation.
• Ability to lead and develop a team to deliver guest delight.
• Strong stock, cost control and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and oversee day-to-day operation of FOH/BOH
• Maintain service standards and maximize guest satisfaction
• Drive revenue and manage stock controls
• Coach and develop team members and ensure Health and Safety compliance
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation
