The Assistant to the Performance & Workflow Manager will provide essential administrative, analytical, and coordination support to ensure the smooth operation of performance monitoring, workflow management, and compliance reporting across the Pinderfields and Pontefract Hospital contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting service excellence. In the absence of the Performance & Workflow Manager, the Assistant will be expected to deputise and ensure continuity of service delivery. This includes leading team meetings, overseeing the preparation and distribution of performance reports, maintaining oversight of KPIs and service compliance, coordinating, is up to date. Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and clients. Assist with the implementation of company initiatives and performance improvement plans.
