Equans is recruiting an Assistant Technical Services Manager (Fabric) for MMUH in Smethwick. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, offering a competitive salary and benefits.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.What will you deliver?Support the Technical Services Manager (TSM) in ensuring Building Tasks are closed out in timely manner, assisting with the other trades (Mechanical & Electrical) when the need arisesAssist the Management and co-ordination of directly employed labour and sub-contractors in reacting to breakdowns and implementing the Planned Preventative Maintenance SystemsEnsure all maintenance activities comply with statutory, NHS, Trust and Company guidelinesEnsure Planning and scheduling all planned preventative maintenance activities for the building team is completed using the Maximo systemAssist in the review and development of the quality of service at an operational level and Control expenditure as delegated by the Technical Services Manager (TSM)Required to participating in the ‘on call’ rota as and when required, after suitable training and relevant experience is gained as directed by Senior Management.
