Position

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Technical Officer within Clinical Physiology for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work within this progressive multidisciplinary department. The role provides Cardiology services within University Hospital Crosshouse.

Hours And Shift Pattern

30 hour post Monday - Friday

This post is offered on a permanent basis.

What You Will Do

The post holder will provide a 12 Lead ECG service to both in-patients and out patients across all Departments. Spirometry, 24 Hour Ambulatory ECG, Blood pressure patient set up/removal and resting Doppler measurements.

Working within a caring environment, ECG and spirometry experience would be desirable, a basic understanding of an ECG is essential.

Knowledge, training, qualifications and/or experience required to do the job:

In house training will be provided, however previous experience, patient contact and knowledge of the hospital patient management system would be advantageous.

Full UK Driving Licence: Desirable
