Job summary

Marshalls plc, Beenham site, seeks an Assistant Team Leader to support the Team Leader in maintaining a safe, high‑performing production environment and delivering quality products to customers.

You will lead by example, motivate colleagues, drive continuous improvement and be ready to step up during the Team Leader's absence; the role is 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

So, what’s the mission?

Based at our Beenham site, the Assistant Team Leader will support the Team Leader in maintaining a safe, high-performing and collaborative production environment, helping drive the continued success of the team and delivery of quality products to our customers.

We are looking for someone that can demonstrate strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate others, drive continuous improvement, and maintain high standards of safety, quality and performance while supporting the Team Leader and wider production team.
