Job summary

Marshalls plc Beenham site is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support the Team Leader in maintaining a safe, high-performing production environment and to drive continuous improvement across the shift.

You will lead by example, coach colleagues, and ensure health, safety and quality standards are met while delivering quality products to customers. Applicants should display strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Monday to Friday - 48 hours per week

Based at our Beenham site, the Assistant Team Leader will support the Team Leader in maintaining a safe, high-performing and collaborative production environment, helping drive the continued success of the team and delivery of quality products to our customers. We are looking for someone that can demonstrate strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate others, drive continuous improvement, and maintain high standards of safety, quality and performance while supporting the Team Leader and wider production team.
