A little bit about the role...

Due to further growth within Weston Homes, we have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Surveyor to join our team.This role will involve working on a variety of schemes within the Division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Overseeing the full surveying function for small or phased developments (e.g., 50-100 units) from start to finish.
• Preparing construction cost estimates for various design proposals during the pre-contract stage.
• Assisting with monthly and periodic financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing Costco/Matco reporting.
• Aiding in the settlement of contractual disputes and claims.
• Assisting with project preliminary reconciliation and forecasting.
