Our expanding Building Surveying team is looking for a motivated individual to deliver high-quality services across various sectors, including commercial and residential.

Tailored to Your Success

Operating 13 offices across the UK and employing over 1,000 professionals, we are a well-established consultancy (est. 1943). Here, you can advance your APC and work on a diverse portfolio, including Landlords, Corporate Occupancy, and Charities. We ensure each client receives practical, compliant, and cost-effective surveying solutions.

You will work across broad specifications such as building pathology, dilapidations, contract administration, and defect diagnosis. Additionally, you'll have opportunities to mentor and manage supporting graduates.

You won’t just assist—you’ll contribute and make a real impact. Conducting key professional services and collaborating with an approachable, close-knit team, you'll be at the heart of it all.

What You Will Need

• Graduated in Building Surveying
• Currently working on or completed your APC
• Experience in residential and commercial sectors
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
