You will have the opportunity to develop your expertise under the guidance of leading RICS-accredited professionals. Our expanding Building Surveying team is looking for a motivated individual to deliver high-quality services across various sectors, including commercial and residential.
Operating 13 offices across the UK and employing over 1,000 professionals, we are a well-established consultancy (est. 1943). Here, you can advance your APC and work on a diverse portfolio, including Landlords, Corporate Occupancy, and Charities. We ensure each client receives practical, compliant, and cost-effective surveying solutions.
You will work across broad specifications such as building pathology, dilapidations, contract administration, and defect diagnosis. Additionally, you'll have opportunities to mentor and manage supporting graduates.
