Bridgewell, our new supported living service, is looking for Assistant Support Workers to help adults with learning disabilities live confidently and independently in a warm, respectful environment. You will support with personal care, medication, daily tasks and community activities, while keeping people safe and enabling them to make choices.

Shifts include weekends and bank holidays (7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, 2pm-10pm).

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (manual).
• Care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification.

Responsibilities

Our team works closely together to provide personalised, compassionate care that empowers each person to make their own choices and feel included in every aspect of daily life. We are looking for Assistant Support Worker's who bring kindness, reliability and a calm, positive approach. You will support with personal care, medication, daily tasks, and community activities, helping people build confidence and stay safe during unexpected situations. We are looking for people who are:

• Able to communicate well and adapt to different needs
• Reliable and flexible (shifts include weekends/bank holidays: 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, 2pm-10pm)

  Please note: A minimum of one sleep-in per week is required as part of the role, with an additional allowance of £52.78 per sleep-in.

It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence (manual) and hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
