The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are critical to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You'll deliver the highest standard of pet care, demonstrating a basic understanding of grooming techniques, handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you offer service that aligns with our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive training, development opportunities, and skill-based pay enhancements.

Who We’re Looking For:

• People passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Flexible individuals able to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (we are closed on Sundays). The minimum contract is 39 hours, but additional hours may be required during busy periods, absences, or holidays.
• Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. (Note: bathing and prepping your own dog does not count as professional experience.)
• Experience in a target-driven environment is preferred but not mandatory.
