As Assistant Store Manager, your focus is on motivating your team and providing each customer with a meaningful shopping experience. You’re second-in-command, ready to step in for your Store Manager and lead when necessary. Your main goal is to drive store performance through excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and smooth operations daily.

You will serve as a role model and ambassador for Rituals. Supporting your Store Manager, you’ll help foster a culture of trust with positive feedback, assist in recruiting and retaining a diverse, talented team, coach team members to enhance engagement and potential, and support day-to-day business activities as the right hand of your Store Manager.
